Andrew is driven by a strong desire to make a positive impact and exceed customer expectations. In 2020, he tied the knot with his high school sweetheart. Andrew's connection to the insurance industry runs deep, as his wife's grandfather, a State Farm agent for half a century, instilled in him the values of being a good neighbor. Fond memories were shared with Agent Nick Palaian, a close friend of Andrew's late grandfather, who unfortunately lost his battle with cancer in 2023. These experiences have fueled Andrew's commitment to ensuring that his customers and their loved ones are adequately protected from unforeseen circumstances. When he's not helping individuals find the right coverage, Andrew can be found immersing himself in nature, enjoying activities like fishing, and cherishing quality moments spent with friends and family.

At the young age of 19, Sue embarked on her professional journey in the service industry by managing her family business. However, in 2010, she found her true calling in the field of insurance, relishing the opportunity to assist individuals in safeguarding themselves from unexpected events. When Sue isn't immersed in her work, she leads a dinner club group alongside her husband, Patrick. Moreover, she actively participates in her church and engages in various community projects, finding fulfillment in making a positive impact in her community.

Patti's insurance journey began in 2001 when she joined State Farm. Her true passion lies in assisting individuals in safeguarding themselves against unforeseen life events. Patti's husband, Steve, served in the military, which afforded them the opportunity to live in various states, including the beautiful Oahu, Hawaii, where their beloved son was born. With 31 years of marriage under their belt, Patti and Steve are a strong and committed couple. Patti finds solace and joy in nature, as she is an avid camper who revels in exploring the picturesque landscapes that she and Steve camp in.

I joined State Farm two years ago, and I am truly captivated by the versatility of my role, which allows me the flexibility to work part-time. My responsibilities encompass handling the essential behind-the-scenes tasks that support our agents on a daily basis. In addition to my work at State Farm, I also serve as a special education teacher assistant at a high school. On the personal front, I am happily married and have two grown children who are currently attending college. Furthermore, I am blessed with twin teenagers in high school who happen to be identical. When I'm not occupied with work and family commitments, I indulge in my love for travel and cherish moments spent with my loved ones.

With five years of experience in the insurance industry, Autumn has found her true passion. Assisting customers in securing the appropriate coverage before any unexpected incidents occur brings her immense joy and fulfillment. Beyond her professional life, Autumn relishes every moment spent with her husband, raising their young son and caring for their massive 200 lb. Great Dane. Together, they find happiness in creating a loving and nurturing environment for their family.

Beau's journey in the insurance industry started during his time at Olivet College. He pursued a Bachelor's degree in insurance and, upon graduation, joined an independent office in 2018. After a few years, Beau embarked on his next chapter at State Farm in August 2021. He now aspires to establish his own State Farm office in the future. Outside of work, Beau is a passionate Detroit sports fan and enjoys hunting in the fall and snowmobiling in the winter. He cherishes every moment spent with his wife Taylor and their newborn daughter Lucy.

Erin, a resident of Emmett, Michigan, is a licensed insurance producer specializing in home and auto insurance. Alongside her role as a teacher during the day, she transforms into an insurance agent by night. Living with her husband and four children, Erin manages to balance her professional and personal life seamlessly.

With over 6 years of experience in customer service, Hailey has honed her skills and made a positive impact in various roles. Among her accomplishments, she dedicated a portion of her career as a behavioral therapist, providing valuable support to children with autism. Hailey's connection to her community runs deep, as she has actively volunteered in New Baltimore during her younger years. In fact, her contributions were recognized when she won the esteemed title of Miss Congeniality for the Bay Rama Fishfly Festival in 2018. Inspired by her mother, who began her own journey with State Farm at a similar age, Hailey has recently decided to follow in her footsteps. She is excited to utilize her expertise in customer-focused service to assist individuals with their insurance needs and looks forward to personal and professional growth within the Beth Shutko State Farm Agency.

In 2023, Kevin embarked on a new professional journey in the insurance industry, following a successful 25-year career as a sportswriter for a newspaper. He thrives on engaging with people, finding fulfillment in assisting them and making their needs his utmost priority. Kevin's genuine care for each customer drives his commitment to provide comprehensive coverage tailored to their unique circumstances and family. Outside of work, Kevin cherishes time spent with his two adult sons and enjoys a fulfilling relationship with his girlfriend, Sara. When he's not immersed in the world of insurance, Kevin can be found on the golf course, enjoying the company of friends and family, or passionately watching or attending sporting events.
